John Gore was taking pictures of his pet cats when he noticed something strange in one of the photos. It appeared that he had captured a shadowy image of a small child.

The shape – which looks like a toddler or baby – appears to be standing next to an armchair in the living room of the house Mr Gore shares with his girlfriend Sonia Jones in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.

Neighbors informed Mr. Gore that a child had passed away from SIDS in the home many years ago. Gore and his fiance have witnessed lights turning off and on and many other unexplainable occurrences.

Some have criticized the authenticity of the photo saying that it appears to be a fake. Mr. Gore remains convinced that he has captured a true ghost on film.
